The 2^nd Matrix Biology Europe Conference will consist of:

An opening ceremony, opening Lecture, and welcome reception on Saturday.
On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday there will be 9 Workshops (8 parallel and 1 plenary). There will be 9 Plenary Lectures related to the Workshops. Each Workshop will consist of invited Lectures and oral presentations selected from submitted abstracts.
Two poster sessions are scheduled, one on Saturday one on Monday.
There will be several Award ceremonies, such as the Rupert Timpl Lecture Award and the Dick Heinegard European Young Investigator Award.
